Gym Membership - Our gym membership is month to month. We don't have long term contracts. We make it simple, sign a month to month agreement and pay our low monthly price of $59 (+tax) with no signup or initiation fees whatsoever. You can cancel anytime by simply providing a 30 day notice (as per the signed agreement). Come in today, we sometimes have unadvertised walk-in specials.
Two Weeks Free - Buy "The Works" car wash at Forest Car Wash & Detail and receive a two week gym membership. Just bring us your car wash receipt confirming that you purchased "The Works". Forest Car Wash & Detail is located at Forest Lane and the Tollway just down the street from us. New Clients Only. Does not include personal training, pilates, yoga or tanning. Bring A Friend for Half Price - Buy one month membership for yourself at regular price then get a one month membership in the form of a gift certificate to give to your friend for half price. Must be purchased same day on same transaction. Not valid with any other offer. Offer ends 11/30/2008.

Personal Training Rates - Our personal training rates are very competitive. Our trainers charge their own fees ranging from $60/hr - $85/hr.
FREE Personal Training - Your first personal training session is free. New clients only. Limited to one free personal training session.

Pilates Training - We offer personal pilates training (singles and doubles). We don't offer pilates classes at this time. Our pilates training rates range from $65/hr -$85/hr.
Pilates Specials - We do not have any Pilates Specials at this time. The free personal training session does not pertain to Pilates.

Yoga Training - We offer personal yoga training. We don't offer yoga classes at this time. Our yoga training rates are $65/hr.
Yoga Specials - We do not have any Yoga specials at this time. The free personal training session does not pertain to Yoga.

Monthly Membership - Like our gym membership we offer a month to month membership for tanning. We do not have any signup fees or initiation fees whatsoever. This is very different from other tanning facilities where you find out about "other fees" when you get there. We do not have any hidden fees. Our rates are very competitive.
- Unlimited Tanning - $35/month. No contract. Cancel anytime.
- Unlimited Tanning (Auto) - $25/month Unlimited Tanning. No contract. Requires recurring automatic credit card billing. Cancel anytime.
- Single Session - $10.00/session. No contract.

No initiation fees or long term contracts for anything we offer. Period.
